I went to shoot trap with a Saiga 12 once. I've never had so many dirty looks in my direction. They don't like black guns in those over under and side by side groups.
Say it aint so! That's what would make it so fun, even better if one busted more clays. That reminds me of the time I showed up at the trap range with my grandfathers Model 12. It didn't have a hint of blueing left on it and looked like something from the "sisters of the poor" sitting on the gun rack beside MUCH fancier trap guns. At the end of the day, the old Model 12 had the best score.
I think the MSRP is just over $600, but every time I've seen them for sale they've been double that, mostly because NOBODY ELSE seems to have them either!
