    This is a lemon or like they said an incompetent dealer. I would make it clear that's their saw and to haND me a new one off the shelf. I would invole all the higher ups at stihl USA you have too. Like brought up they can pull the hours it's run. It's been at the shop longer than you have used it...

    If I were you at this point I would be way past NICE. I might even call those news investigative folks...not that I'm a news fan or anything, I'd call my state retail regulator, who ever controls local business licenses, and look up lemon laws for OPE and contango the states attorney general if that's who controls that stuff.
