    I remember when the power of a saw was listed in cubic inches.I had a Craftsman 18 " saw many years ago listed power was 3.8 cubic inches and I was cutting up old untreated telephone poles at a old timers property.He had an old unnamed saw rated at 4.5 cubic inches.Even though his cutting style was terrible my saw just couldn't cut as much as his.I always wondered how many cc's does it take to equal 4.5 cubic inches of power ?
