Son is plowing the driveway out now. He owns the plow truck so that works out just fine for me. I have a big snow thrower but that seldoms gets used. I bought two generators. One is large and has battery start. Runs on gas or propane. Both are rated for clean sine. Just hoping the snow comes off the trees without taking the limbs with it.

Been through a few here in Lower Michigan also. Thw worst was maybe 10 years back with no power for 4 days. I remember getting up the first morning to what looked like crystal coated everything. You could hear the limbs breaking and crashing to the ground.

This is what we run 5500/6250

We would still like to install the transfer switch and outside outlet for it. Until then, we remove one of the deadbolts for the door for the wire.
