Split the rest of the green BL and all the sugar maple this afternoon. Another cords worth. Before After Lots of stacking in my future Maybe a couple more face cord of assorted rounds to split.
That might be the perfect Sugar maple trunk for splitting, great score. I'm jealous of all your BL posts.
Took one of my two cord racks, tweaked a little and stacked it up a few weeks ago. Forgot to post pics. Some BL from the prior score mixed in. Stack on a slight hill hence the block at one end only. Stack is 4'x4'x16' 16" splits. Barkless heartwood splits went to separate stack. Have another two cord+ of splits to stack from later scores. Will be stacked close by.
