    Problem trees are one thing but some of those looked like the tree may have been there before the septic system.

    The tree was there first. It was just a lot smaller in 1990 when the house was built.

    It makes great boards ! I cut some with Brad a while back.
    Ugly on the outside but when you cut into it it is beautiful and yes it smells great !

    For sure. Go price CVG WRC (clear vertical grain) if you can find it at a lumber yard.

    I loved cedar when I had an open fireplace. It makes the house smell amazing and creates a lively, popping fire that makes the house feel extra cozy. With the low BTUs though I can see why people with stoves don't want to burn it.
