Yes, great question. Plus, how big is the reservoir?

Gotcha. I stay up late some nights too, but still am usually up by 7 or so. Unless I'm midnight shift than I really don't know when I sleep usually. Lots of:coffee:

Cool, how's the healing process. Tonight's my Friday after a 6 day bender of 3 to 11 or later.

Slow going... Would be bettah if I could keep myself on the couch or propped up on the bed.... But, I had to replace door gaskets on wood stove, walk out and observe stacks, get the mail, etc... New and unwelcome pains become apparent when you don't sit ENTIRELY freakin still! But who can do that?:hair::rofl:

All right back on topic here guys. The resivor is actually the rectangular tube under the cylinder. It's not the biggest capacity. I currently have 3.5 or so gallons in it. When the splitter is set up level it runs flawlessly. I was trying to get the resivor 75% so being this is the first real hard run with it I'm not to worried about my findings. I will do some measuring and try and get a gallon capacity of the resivor.

Yes sounds as though you need a little more fluid capacity.

This splitter worked perfectly when it was originally built so I'm thinking it will be good once I get the fluid set right. When the splitter is level is runs perfectly so I'm really not concerned because I feel the splitter should be as close to level for the engine too

I run about 8 gallons in mine. Lots of variables to this issue too. Hope you get it straightened out.
