    Tomorrow a friend and I will attempt to hydro test one of my vintage compressor tanks.

    How high are you planning to go?
    make sure it's tied down

    Not a true hydro pressure test but, we used a pressure washer and pumped up the tank to 250 psi and let it sit for an hour. No pin hole leaks or ruptures.
