I second going the 6421 rout! You can look for available saws in your area on the home Depot website here. I've looked at a few myself and they have all been low hour units. HDRock and HighCountry have recently gotten fine saws from Homer Despot as well. The store should be able to tell you how many times the saw your interested in has been rented out. Many of them have only been rented out a handful of times. They are replaced every 2 years. For the money you most likely won't be able to touch a quality saw like this any other way.

Heck yall almost have me talked into buying one. But like most of us I need anot her saw like I need a hole in my head!! And I don't really have a gap in my lineup! Have everything from 32cc up to 84cc I think with a saw every 5 to 10 cc in that range!

I need something to slot between my 50cc echo 490 and my 7910, but I think I've got my heart set on one of those sweet little 6100's! CoreyB hasn't been helping me resist!

That a good saw. You'd be more impressed with a 6410 than the 390 though!

    Do it......
I'd take the saw if I were you.....
A 6100 would turn your 390 inside out, and a 6421 with a 7910 top-end would send your 650 whimpering back to the tailgate and be quite a bit lighter.

Just sayin'.  :saw: ;) :p

Sounds like I need to sell some stuff and find a rental 6421 to buy and build a 6421/7910 hybrid!

Probably could sell the 650 to cover the build.

I like the 650. And the 390 has a permanent home. But I can dump some of the other ones. Probably wouldn't get all the cash but enough to justify it.

Have a 445 that needs to go, might be able to get an 011 back running if I get time. Have a few parts saws I could kick down the road. And I think it's a non running 034 I just don't want to fool with. Plus did I mention I have a NOS 32cc earthquake if anyone is looking. That is an awsome saw That just keeps taking the abuse you throw at it...like toss g in a truck etc

You will survive just fine. You will just have a huge whole in your wood cutting Hart. But you will survive. Lol just kidding. That 7910 should keep a big smile on your face for years to come. I have also heard that 490 ports up real nice and might just make that gap a lot smaller.

I started with a 455 and added a 576. The 576 definitely runs smoother with more power. I still use my 455 frequently though.
