I had a buddy here with a 545 or a 543, I can’t remember which it was. Did good for what it was. Very light, nimble and smooth. No match for a 346 stock or ported, but didn’t expect it to be.

 

346 is a good truck rollaway block

I'd think a 545 would be close stock vs stock.

 

from what i heard a few years back on another forum is the 543 is a turd for the first 10 tanks then it performs really good.
