Morning Dallas, Mike, DJ, Jason, how's you? All is well on this end of the continent. While there is no evidence that the sun is coming up it has warmed up to -7* and now we have ice fog.

Doing well, this morning, I am sure working on a second pot of coffee has something to do with that. Lot's of ice fog this morning, led's are the way to go.

    Working on any saws today?

I will be day dreaming. I think I am going to move the dogs over from the 441 to the 461. Get the 441 ready to send to Kevin. I am going to put the 20" chain from you on the 026. At shift change I was telling the off going crew about the 461--glazed eyes. In the few minutes of run time I really like the saw. I spent more time cutting cookies than bucking a bucket load. She really came alive after warming up in the cookies. Funny how I have no desire to run factory saws.

441 have dual spikes ? if so on the 461 they wont match you would need spikes specifically for the 046,460 ,461

Of course, nothing can be that simple. I really like the dual dawgs that's on the 441 I appreciate they prevent the chain from contacting the ground.

I was just looking at the picture of the chips I made last night. Way easier to see detail of the photo on a computer vs phone. They are nice big chips. I really like the gind/chain, good job. How do you like the 451c compared to the previous?

[IMG] I just reached and grabbed a hand full for a pic. Some of them look to be about a inch. This was a white spruce 10" diameter. When I was checking out the stream of chips the looked like rockets. I did not look further back for larger pieces, that had some momentum. I was all caught up in the moment.

Jason is that ribbon from hard or soft wood? From bucking or noodling?
