    I don't know about a cylinder line.

    But my thoughts are cast a jug with the exact flanges, and transfer tunnels.

    Leave the bore 44mm and a small hole in the intake, exhaust, and transfer outlets.

    That way the jug could be useable for 45-52mm bore sizes. Still lots of grinding but endless port timing possibilities.

    Lot less whittling than a billet block lol
