I'm good. Cleaned up that 026 for you, Tom. I need to cut some with it tomorrow just to make 100% certain it's good to go. It always was good, but I haven't run it since spring.
I didn't get anything since bow season. Shot a 6 point with muh crossbow

Ice thickness is dependent on how much weight it has to hold. 7 inches will hold a few thousand psi. My truck is a f350 srw @ 9,000 lbs, trailer is 3,000 and wood is roughly 2,500-3,000 pounds per cord dry. The scandic has a 7.5#psi the sleigh I pull would need the math applied. I would imagine its not over 15 psi. All good and safe. I will get some pictures ( Rule #32)

Thanks Kevin, I appreciate that. That's a nice piebald. Have not seen many of them.

Forestry wants 48 inches before they run the D6 over it. 48 inches is rated for 60,000 psi.

Dozers up here run Ice grousers on each cleat. This is over the Tanana river, have to take into account the operator. And make sure he gets to go home. We can afford more dozers, people not so much.

Sounds like something unique. I am looking forward to putting it to work. I am getting some scheduled OT in January, and hoping we can talk about a few of the others as well.

It'll be fine. As soon as the beans are run they can go to the river if needed.

That's the one that sucks when it goes dry. I have well water on the other two farms. I'm planning on switching the row crop field that has river access back to pasture/ hay for this reason.

We had bad flooding this spring. Just a really bad dry run.
