Just remember, when you buy beef by the whole, 1/2, or 1/4, you're buying hanging weight. They gut it, skin it, behead it, hang it, then cut it down the center of the spine. Then they weigh it. By buying a 1/4, you're buying 1/2 of a hanging half. It includes bone and fat. $4/lb is similar to $5-5.50 per lb in the store. Unless you're buying a steak or a roast with a bone in it, in which case youre buying the bone anyway Plus, good evening
Wow, check out that wood gettin' "tool"!! Cool. Howdy everyone. Another great day! The heat broke and it was much better in these parts. Much more seasonable.
I'm great Dall. Boss told me after this Sat, we'll be working tues-fri rest of the season. SWEET!! How you?
I worked a 12 hour shift for many years. Came home, showered then ate and about an hour of tv I was ready for bed. After that job, I went to 4 10's. Loved it.
lol but with my work you do the long hours and then have the time off im just glad the job is close use to a couple plants id drive to was 90 miles and another was 126 miles each way with the 10s and 12s this job is about 38 miles each way
90 miles is a hour and 40 minutes and 126 miles is 2 hours each way right now this 38 miles is about 55 minutes plus a bus ride from plant to parking lot and 8 miles of rough roads i use to do 100 on but now 45 is max
