I noticed these up here this year as well. I was standing at the check out at the grocery store and my wife and son were looking at them. "look dad, birch!" Neat idea for the guy who needs it once a year I guess.
Sean note the regular price without your Kroger Plus card is 14.99! As stated earlier in this thread, I'm sure the mark-up is huge and wonder what scale of operation the supplier has (labor, processing, shipping, etc.). May just be a marginal endeavor on a large scale but roadside/tourist opps could provide some decent pocket cash I'm guessing
Wow I didnt notice that. They do look pretty cool though eh? Id be curious how many of them a store actually sells? They certainly dont expire so they could sit around through the camping season.
