    Thanks for responding slvrblkk
Mind you, the stove has sat untouched for a year and started/ran fine for some few hours....
    To answer your question...
#1 from the manual- convection blower overheating.....is there a way to “reset” the internal temp shutoff?
#2 from manual- I had it set to lowest setting on the control board, so I’m pretty sure that’s not it.
#3 Using pellets, not tires or oil cans....
#4 No power surge or brown outs here today.
#5 If other items above (like #1) check out ok, replace hi-limit switch.....well dang! How do I get there from here?

Any and all help is appreciated and I thank FHC members for being so fantastic and supportive!:handshake:

Hmmm....does your blower happen to be caked up with "dirt"......lint, dust, hair, etc.? Specifically around the motor?

Just to be clear, it burned for a few hours and then the blower kicked in and then shut down?

If you can't restart it, the upper temp limit switch may have tripped. I can't tell what type of switches are in your stove, the manual doesn't say.

Tried, no go....unplugged for 5 minutes, got the simple red light as when I first plugged in today, pressed “power” and a few pellets dropped in by auger, only to witness the E1 flash back up on the screen....tried this 3 Times. Same thing. E1.
    Frustrated doesn’t even touch it.

Eric that E1 is a general "vacuum" fault any thing that appears to be a loss of vacuum will cause it to show up this includes pin holes in the vacuum tubing, and ash anywhere from the air intake to the termination screening, a bad combustion blower and/or vacuum switch (this is rare but it does happen).

If it sat untouched for a year, checking the stove's vacuum ports & lines for obstruction / plug-up would be high on the list here Eric VW .

I use automotive pick tools here on the yearly service, cost about 5 bucks for a cheap set:

:picard: I'm sure you'll figure it out. :D

Follow the vacuum hose(s) inside the back of the unit to where they hookup to the (front) firebox and/or the (rear) combustion blower assembly, remove the hose from that end, verify the port opening (if inside the front firebox) to make sure you don't damage anything else close to the port, and go to town..

Was the stove deep-cleaned before being decommissioned last season?

According to the manual E1 is over fire, etc. And E2 is vacuum, etc.

E1 can be raised by vacuum errors and E2 by vacuum errors as well, over firing can cause loss of vacuum so E1 and E2 should be treated as the same where is Mike when you need him. I'd be looking at everything in that machine. Paying very close attention to the wiring and all hoses. Nothing says either is correct. You have to go back to the book that came with the stove. Eric it has been a long while since anyone has their paws inside that stove.

Does the room fan (convection fan) kick in? Make sure it isn't shut off in the controller and that it actually does run. Make sure the vacuum lines are connected correctly and are not crimped, loose, or plugged.

As of yesterday evening when I was getting good heat outa the thing, the room fan was pushing out a ton of heated up air. Overall (until the dang "E1" code) I was impressed by the Mini pellet machine.
