Sometimes when I want go hit "like" I hit reply by accident.
That causes a reply go be populated with the response I had intended to save.
Sometimes I write a reply, then think I really don't want to sent that.
But there is alway a draft saved sitting in the reply box.
How can I eliminate the "saved draft" without generating a reply?
    Thanks

I just select all and delete it.

With the iPad, once daft saved shows up, I don't get the delete option. I get cut, paste, copy, define and one more. Cutting allows me to over write it, but it won't stay gone if if only cut it.

I use iPad and iPhone. The backspace button is the delete.

You could also delete and then hit the save draft button.

I think Scotty should double your salary. But I'm sure you'd still do it for the fringe benefits alone.
