The BB's do start to whittle their inventory of pellets down, but its still a bit early for that....seems to me they stop in mid to late February. But, of course, it really hasnt been cold, and maybe they are getting a jumpstart on Spring? Checking with a few independents I know, pellets are still out and available...maybe not the variety of late summer, but, well, any port in a storm?

There are quite a number of people who don't have the money or space to store tonnage....people in apartments, condos, etc. We have folks who come in every day, or every few days and buy bags to get them a bit further.

I do wonder if the BB's have made a conscious decision to "be done" with pellets now, or there is some supply line shortage locally? No idea.

I agree. Too early for the BBS to stop stocking.
But will add, that a couple of our brands are not always available..
    So something is up..

corporate taxes may have a play in this. personal property taxes also ( funny name for a tax on business assets which includes resale items and everything else down to the last paper clip)

My local TSC still had plenty of pellets a week or so ago (just picked up another 1/2 ton - the last of what I pre-bought in the fall). So did my local Aubuchon's (although the prices are outrageous for what they have). I believe that Agway also has a good stock of NEWPS - but I will admit I haven't been there for a couple of weeks. Maybe it is because I am 30 miles from any BBS that they stock up more than other places?

I don't update the website as much as Facebook...
    (FB is much easier!)
We seem to get more traffic there..
Yes they did come in.. already ordering another load!
After only one day, it is hard to make any claims... but based on the first day.
    Wow.... really nice product.
The startup on the p68, after a cleaning, got the control board side of the stove to 850°
this morning, hardly any ash and window was clear.. but in all fairness,
that is running the stove pretty hard, heating the shop..
And.... The smell is really awesome!
I'll be running some through my stove this evening,
I'll let you know how they are in my application..

Been up there twice and both times you've been unavailable. Makes me think that maybe you aren't a real person - or maybe a super hero that doesn't want to get recognized :D

I live right down the road... and you are correct, I do not actually work there
as an hourly job... I do the internet stuff, and research... plus help when needed.
Which is not "that" often.... Henry is there all the time, if not delivering..
But if they go for a few days, I am there to load or unload, or whatever is going on..
Or build stuff.. or paint... or complain... whatever...
And yes.. I am actually a superhero..
    :D

Probably would have been better than Wendy's - I stopped at the Epsom circle. Not that it was bad, after all it was baconator fries, but "real" food would have been better.

After Googling - I could kick myself. I thought about stopping there, but didn't know if it was just a country store that was more like a regular convenience store. But looking at their menu, it looks like they have some really special offerings. Maybe next time.

They have been around like 150 years..
I missed the grand opening, but my parents used to take me there
when they wanted their famous cheese..
We parked the horse and buggy on the side...
Today, the sandwiches are really good.. they are not skimpy!
More importantly, very good quality deli meats..

I was going to say that if I didn't make last minute decisions it would probably be easier to meet too . But then I remembered you had a SIL function to go to so probably wouldn't have worked if you had known.

You aren't telling me anything new.
I asked her to marry me when I saw all the chores/construction she does around the house.
    And we both ride.......
