That’s weird because the green supremes I saw in East Greenbush said lignetics so I guessing it was the hard wood

Yes...that is the new branding of GS's but depending on the blend, which is printed on the bag, you'll know what's in the bag....

I did not know that. Great to know. Any time I saw green supreme I usually stayed away because I know they used to be horrible

So I went to a tractor supply near me and this is what found. The first 2 are obviously pics of hardwood but the pic of the invoice is off of a hardwood blend. I did not know that lignetics makes New England pellets. I wonder how they will burn? Lignetics acquired New England Wood Pellet in February, 2018. Any of the brands formerly known as NEWP, like green supreme, warm front, etc. are technically all “Lignetics” now. They also bought the Geneva plant in Maine in 2015. Then there’s the various lignetics branded products, with some new variants as well, like “lignetics gold” hanging around these days. Without a reference chart, it can be tough these days to know what mill produced the product you are buying in any given bag under this widespread branding scheme.

My boss picked up a couple bags of the green supreme hardwood blend to try because he could not find any easy blaze softwoods locally, he said the GS are less ashy and better heat then the EB so he went and got a full ton and ordered another.

Where is this? I’m thinking of picking up a few bags of green supreme today if I can find a good blend.

Just went to Lowe’s to check and this is all they have. Doesn’t say what blend. Says it’s hardwood but idk what one. I scanned it and this is what it said.

But the hardwoods at tsc near me are Curran and idk what the blend are because when I scanned it it came up as partyname with no info
really? They are made by Curran. Any Curran pellet I have ever used we’re junk. Only ones I never tried were the soft woods

Judging by the "Made in Pennsylvania" on the bag, those would be the Allegheny hardwoods in the table that slvrblkk posted earlier in this thread.
