I think I need a little vacation. I'm thinking it would be fun to pack up the wife and kids to a cabin somewhere in the Hocking Hills area in the next month or so. Any suggestions? I searched a little for a place to stay, and most places are pretty booked up, especially since it's probably their busy season and this is pretty short notice. Any suggestions on where to go, or places to stay? I've never been there, but I think a walk in the woods would be pretty nice, and NW OH is pretty much all farmland.

I have a buddy from work who went this past weekend. I've never been, but after hearing him and now you? I want to go myself :)

Take a lot of pics and be sure to post them up for us all to see. :ithappened:

Its a wonderful area, especially this time of year. My wife and I got engaged there and now spend new years each year there with college friends and families.

Youre right, its their busy season and any place I would suggest is booked well in advance.

Keep searching the web, iirc there is a site that lists almost all the rentals.

I've heard about it and did some research on the internet. Waterfalls! Can't wait to visit someday. Let us know how it goes.
