None, but it dries...we ran the big 42" fan on it for a while. It won't be used for a couple years, at least...I hope...planning on this being personal stash.

Wednesday evening we got 5-6 more logs from the pile that we recently brought home...
Used the Echo XS2511T and XS4910 to git'ter done... 1000016242.jpg
The pile of Blue Samson fodder... 1000016249.jpg
I started Thursday morning splitting while Miz Carol was doing errands in town...she made it back and helped with the last rounds...
Made a nice pile of splits 1000016250.jpg 1000016251.jpg
Then the stacking fun began...set the last row at the edge of the shed, and filled the gap behind it with ugly splits... 1000016252.jpg
Happy to see this side is full and had a little left over 1000016253.jpg
Should be close to 5 cords there...

There’s room for 8 more splits on top. Might be worth discussing during your annual performance review with your stacker.

I'll have that conversation with me, myself & I...lol...Miz Carol was handing it to me while I was on the ladder...
I thought air needed to blow across the top and the saw blade was fighting me.

    Time for a thread bump...
We had started splitting other wood and had kinda forgotten/covered up 2 more trailer loads of hickory logs from Hurricane Helene. We cut a couple to finish a load and saw the borers were under the bark, time to process it.
This pile was closest to the splitter...left side is pile 20251105_195100.jpg
We got a small pile of rounds cut, log pile is on the right 20251105_195108.jpg
We got the bigger logs out and bucked... 20251105_205640.jpg
    Split some after work... 20251106_210012.jpg
What we had left from orginal pile.

When I had a day off, we got the smaller logs left from that pile bucked, then started on the other load... 20251111_151215.jpg 20251111_153425.jpg 20251111_161127.jpg
This made a nice pile of Blue Samson fodder... 20251111_170220.jpg 20251111_170233.jpg
We split a good bit Wednesday and an hour Thursday afternoon...
Looks like we have about 40 rounds left... 20251113_160717.jpg
The mound of splits...we will stack it in the 2 cord shed behind it, planning on adding boards above the pallets so we can stack to roof... 20251113_160701.jpg
