    Pretty well sums it up.

    We had one job that was a NIGHTMARE.

    The "Chinery" showed up and the mills crew got it installed (sort of) and then things got ugly and then went down hill from there. :hair:

    My crew and I came in and went after it.

    By the time it was all said and done the piece of equipment did not resemble what was sent to the mill, not even.

    Soooooo, I called the shop and had them send over a team from the engineering dept, armed with camera's and doodle paper to get it documented and new prints made to conform with the REAL WORLD

    GAWD
    This went on often.

    The pellets stove industry is no different.

    "Get it painted and out the door, and the field service guys will handle it"

    We will discuss that at your next session. As for normal that isn't what my several dozen page shrink report said about me so I have no idea what normal is.
