Here we snow again..

    According to the report I heard yesterday we are due in southern RI to get 10-12. Unless it's been revised since then. Normally we don't have snow on the ground this long. Which is fine with me. Only problem I'm having is the driveway with the mix of rain and snow has created an small ice rink. The snowblower just clears off the top of the icepack. Oh well, it will melt before we know it.

    And... Snomageddon has begun here with steady snow.. No wind "yet" but it is coming! Brought enough wood in the house to last at least 4 days :) Wife will live at hospital until the roads and driveway are drivable.. Happy Valentines Day to Sam Adams and me..

    Knocked the snow off of the top of cord #5 as I'll be moving the tarp over from cord #4 as that one only has two more days left in it.
    Moved a little snow to get at it. Never thought I'd be into a fifth cord.

    Has been snowing heavily all afternoon, but not piling up too much. Maybe 1.5' at 5:45PM.

    Wind always hit's me hard in Northeasters as I have 2 large open fields on the NE side of the house. Not looking forward to the wind tomorrow. The Fireview is eating a lot of cord wood this year.

    raybonz , my daughter is the same, she has to stay overnight at the Brigham too. Been snowing here since about 3pm, gonna be a long 24 hrs. Ran the genny for a few mins, we are good there. Hangin out for now. :)

    Just got in from a call at work. Ok driving with packed snow on the roads. Eerily calm before the tempest. No wind yet. About 3" on the ground. Crap will hit the fan in a few hours.
