You don'have to ask me twice You confirmed my results, good heat , and the pellets got hung up in the hopper . From what I found on their web site ,they do some thinning operations ,which leads me to think that these are a chip pellet and not a saw dust pellet , a blend of whatever trees they happen to be cutting at the time . On the bag it just says 100% organic no hardwood / softwood. That's my 2 cents shoot a hole in it if anybody has other thoughts.
I got all excited and start my Heatr's test. Weighed the bag and started screening. Holly crap mine are full of saw dust and blown up pellets. Not the pellets fault in the least bit, Definitely got wet from improper storage. Now I know why he had auger jams. After I screened them I put them in the stove. not getting good heat so I predict they have a high moisture content as well. So my test is off, Until I can find some that are test worthy! Dang it, Really bummed now.
Might as well sit down, have a couple beers and come up with a good game plan... I do my best planning having a couple at the same time. That sucks though....hopefully you can get more...the HD's are pretty loaded with them down here.
