Yup... sometimes called a pine snake too. The first time we encountered one it was coiled up and rattlingly at us. Not knowing any better we assumed it must be poisonous...turns out they just vibrate there tail in dry leaves as a warning, and are not poisonous. Aje1967 I was born and raised in kenosha.
