I highly suggest having a sit down with a solid bankruptcy attorney. There are ways through the bankruptcy court for certain people get a higher priority with the waterfall of cash that comes out through the final judgements. I am no expert on this, but I am certain a good attorney could tell you to pursue or to walk away. I suspect you would need to do this soon. You will never get all of your money back, but everything counts. Good luck.

Warren Walborn is listed as the CEO and President on Linkedin. if you have anyone elses email extension, you could give him a shot. It is unlikely you will get a response as his ability to make any decision is lost during the bankruptcy. Good luck again.
