    Interesting
    Sometimes when the igniter goes it takes out the control box fuse but that is not good for the control box electronics! I recently purchased 2 quad igniters with no fuse but I can add one. Do you have a pic? Where did you get the igniter?

    Its for the Mt. Vernon not for the Contour, but if anyone is looking for it the part # is SRV7034-273. The problem I believe was that its wasn't taking out the fuse on the control board, it was burning out the control board.(ouch)

    It looks like it may be possible to add an inline fuse and holder to the old wire Harness? That is what I usually do.

    Interesting that they fused both legs of the ignitor.

    Pretty sure smokes already on the chit list! I always seem to be too!! :p

    My wife taught Mrs. Takeman how properly use her cast iron skillet. Mrs. Takeman thought she was supposed to cook bacon and eggs in one not apply it upside Mr. Takeman's head.
