    The muscle is better; thank you. The stooping yesterday was not so great on my lower back; I may try getting the splitter up higher.

    I had the same little splitter a few years back. I did build a table in the corner of my wood shed to set it on. It helped tremendously! I think you'll be a lot more comfortable once you get it raised to a nice working height.
    Glad that muscle is feeling better!!
