FWIW, I got what I believe was the final burn pot revision for my PB 105, and it has held up well through nearly three heating seasons and at least 15 tons of pellets. So I *believe* Harman did eventually build a burnpot that stands up to the rigors of a high-BTU unit. And yes, they are pricey.

As it turned out this one had the burn pot replaced at some point , not sure if it's the PB 105 but as of now it looks great.
I have the original one that I believe could be fixed it's not that bad really.
I see some one is making a SS pot also

Shucks guys! You're making me blush!!
ECsaws went from no stoves, to having 4 in a matter of what seemed like days ;) lol. Sold his Englander and looking to sell his Quad CB 1200 if anyone around Ohio is looking for a nice solid stove.

Now he has two awesome units!! The PC-45 in his shop and the PF-100 in his home!!

I have 2 awesome pellet stoves, but his 2 Harmans were acquired within 2 weeks of one another and he now has the ultimate setup!!

And he got numerous extra parts with each unit (extra burn pot with each stove, combustion blowers, auger, etc). He has well over $1,000 in parts and most are interchangeable (auger, combustion blower).

Looks like the PF100 and PB105 pots are interchangeable. Harman & Heatilator Furnace & Boiler Firepot | Earth Sense Energy Systems

    Question for the harman gurus
In the warmer weather like we are having shouldn't the p100 shut down ( fire go out) after it sets idol for a while ?
I'm sure it never burnt ( blower turned on ) yesterday yet fire still going in pot ? It's in auto.

Would need the rest of the circuit. Something in addition to the low pressure switch needs to be bypassed. Running with the vac switch bypassed isn't safe.

if someone bypassed the switch, it was to get it running when the switch was shutting the igniter and the feed motor down...usually indicative of another issue that the bypasser couldn't find or fix. Safety device....bypass it at your own risk. It would have no bearing on the fire staying lit though........its either a bad ESP or circuitboard

When you say ESP are you referring to the wire probe or ? I have a probe I could try. But I'm sure it's what ever cost the most that's my luck

Probe in the exhaust passage, usually a black or red single wire. It should be at the end of the furnace exhaust outlet. The cheapest compare to CB!

my luck usually as well.....make sure you replace the probe with the same wire color probe....all will work, but you'll have circuitboard settings to change if they aren't the same
