    I see whyyoj would think there was dork done. I presume you are focusing on the shiny area a the bottom of the pot where those holes potentially would be. It's shiny from me with steel wool and wire brush

    yea, some dealers were pulling the burn pot, filling the bottom holes by welding, then somehow grinding it smooth again....looked that way in an earlier pic before I knew it was you with a wire brush and steel wool. Some of those units were pretty eroded down by the auger....its doesn't appear yours is that way!

    It was only used for 2 seasons 05 and 06 and maybe part of 07.house sold snd new owner wanted nothing to do with it. Little Chinese lady "too much wok for me". She didn't even know where the plug was and when I plugged it in and she saw the power button light up she was all excited

    lol- cool- its weird there is so much crap in that pot then.....and why no gasket?
