    Steam from burning just about anything they had on hand back in the day. More than likely coal and or wood today I'd imagine, she's probly 19teens vintage
    Sorry for the :Yar: this 15 minutes from my house been going every year since I was 5
    They put on a good show always especially when they toss some saw chips in the fire box

    Worked 230am-10am came home ate breakfast did some garden work, cleaned the pool cover, went in the pool for a while, ate lunch, loaded the fire pit wood rack, mowed the yard, watched some tv with the little guy, grilled up some pepper jack bacon cheese burgers:grizz:, went out put things away and went to bed around 9 all to go back to work at 4 this morning:headbang:. Guess it could have been worse. Got to make some money:makeitrain", hang out with the family:campfire:, handle some firewood :woodsign:and eat off the grill :drool:that's what the fourth is about right? :usa:

    Personally I'm happy the holiday is over and hopefully all the fireworks have been exploded. It will be nice to get a decent night's sleep again. We're in a rural area but it is amazing how loud the fireworks get and amazing too how many fireworks there are. It's been a nightly thing for too long now.

    Just how its done...parade is Tuesday evening (week of the 4th) and that kicks off the opening of a carnival for the week too. Then the fireworks close out the week at 10:15 PM Sat evening...just how its done...:salute:

    It was actually pretty quiet last night regarding fireworks. Just some firecracker bundles and that was it.
