    All we have to do is educate these people and reason with them. TV man says AR-15 bad. AR-10 much better, 5 less AR's, 5 times less lethal. That should get them off our backs for a while.

    I'm not trying to be a wise guy, I just dont like the term AR even being used as meaning "assault rifle". As Ron T stated earlier the AR actually is the initials for Armaliite Rifle.

    I did some research until late 80’s law was on books in VT (not enforced) you were supposed to go to church armed. Apparently natives found out about church and planned attacks strategically, hence the law.

    Then again, in Green Bay, any gathering of 2 or more native americans was a "war party" and there were laws in place. Archaic, but apparently true until somewhat recent history.

    Up until this time last year it would have been a felony for me to carry to church since there is a school on the property. A new law was passed in 2019 that made an exemption.
