I was reading as 16-18” length but if it’s 28” in diameter or up, I might buy 300.

    18" x 28" I'd even go to 400

All day and then some. I’ve put 16” oak rounds that diameter on the scale before

My record for splits from 1 round is 110 but that was roughly 4.5’ in diameter

Some are a little smaller than I typically make them, but most were pretty normal sized. As heavy as they are, with my wife loading the stove during the day, I can't have all gargantuan overnighter splits.

Same thing my wife is insisting on. “Otherwise, I’ll just let propane run.” Was her statement.

Aside from a couple of "shim" pieces that broke off, which were not counted as splits;) , the smallest split from this round is 4 lbs 14 ounces, 17.5" long 2-3"(depending where you measure, it's as thin as 1.5" but can go as high as 3" averaging a little over 2" ) x 5.5".
Just checked and based off of other halves and rounds it was 32-33" diameter, and from the splits this was 17.5" tall.
    Yep. 17.5" x 32-33" diameter.
Maybe ? It was heavy. That I can tell you.

Based on that size (32.5" x 17.5") and the log weight chart I use, 512 lbs. o_O

A few. At least 7 rounds like that when you add the halves together. Plus there were several "smaller" 18" or so rounds. That would explain the trailer tires slightly sinking into the grass, and that's probably why I had traction issues with the gt17, with turf tires and no chains. This trailer is pretty well built.

Depends on your split size but I'd guess 32-42
