I like them. Their loops are about $2 less than baileys and being located in Indianapolis, it's really fast shipping to me up here 150 miles north.
Have to agree. I ordered a set of chaps, some mesh goggles and a loop of 20" chain fro them about 10 days ago. Order arrived in 3 days. The chaps were missing the buckles on the right leg. Called them and Lindsey sent out a new set, and said keep the defective ones. New one arrived 2 days later, in A1 condition. I will definitely be giving them more of my business.

Shipping to Alaska is expensive for the Fedex types. Sometimes shipping with US mail, seems to work out . Few take the time to do that though. Even if it says free shipping, usually not free to Alaska & Hawaii . Some won't even ship to AK. Sometimes free shipping to Alaska is on. Sometimes we can ship to a local store.

Been buying from them for several years now.I can order on Monday morning,if item is in stock normally will see the package on my front deck Wednesday afternoon.Baileys is great for the few things I need that Tree Stuff dont carry - like ripping chains for example,but their shipping is outrageous & its not unusual for it to be 7-9 calendar days for items to arrive at my house,even stuff that's in stock.I do watch their specials & take advantage when its possible both schedule & financially wise.Bought the 2 huge Redwood coffee table books by Gerald Beranek in February from them for less than any other retailer,including a $9.99 charge to ship them & a couple other items. Tree Stuff is great cause they not only give you stickers & at least 1 fridge magnet with every order & FREE shipping on every one $100 or more - also every order gets a business card with a coupon code good for 5% off next order,no minimum or expiration date. My 42" Oregon Power Match bar & 2 skip chains last spring were around $155 if I remember,Baileys wanted almost $200 for the same stuff shipped to my door.
They were cool with me. I wrongly accused them of messing up my order. Then, when I called to let them know of my mistake....women only charged me 2/3rd of the price of the item that I had them send me again by mistake. That's a fair vendor.
