    Ah, I see it now.
A couple years ago, we were out doing the garage/estate sale thing for the day, and went back up Wilkinson Rd. a ways. Probably drove right past the place.
I could take Turtle Lake Rd. up......seems the easiest route.

Yup. That would be the easiest route. That short stretch is probably still gravel but is usually good. Another way which would be all paved (and you might see some elk) is to go north out of Vienna corners to F-44 and then turn left. It is just a little bit further but good road. At the corner of those two roads is usually a good place to view elk in the summer.

I remember you telling me about the Elk viewing in that area.
Never been north out of VC, might be a good little side trip on the way to Gaylord.:)
    How are you feeling?

That usually is a good road and I agree, it is a nice side trip. Not sure where the elk are now though so good luck on that one.

I still use my fingers for feeling!

Got a floor model Regency F5100 and it sure is huge. When its in cruise control it throws heat like surface of the sun. We'll be warm now no matter what is going on outside. p.s. We got our dog (Springer Spaniel) just a bit east of Gaylord on 32. 8 yrs old and still lot's of puppy left in the tank. Life is too good - don't deserve half of it.

I'll bet it's the same people. The lady lived on the north side of 32 about 5 or 6 miles east of Gaylord and as I recall she mentioned she work for the postal service (forgive the oxymoron). Great dog, black and white and a good nature. Not overly obedient but better than the owner for sure.
