I started my OWB this year after Christmas and I had a couple of issues. The display was acting funky; the numbers looked weird and my fan would not come on all the time when I opened the door. I called the dealer to get some tips on troubleshooting but I had tried everything they suggested. He promised to call CB direct and get back to me, which he did (surprise number 1). He said they offered to send me another controller under warranty even though I was 2 years beyond the warranty (surprise number 2). I assume that they had issues with their controllers for my serial number range for them to offer to replace it free of charge...? Anyway, I picked it up yesterday on my way home from work and installed it when I got home. Took about 5 minutes, real easy to do. I'm hoping my efficiency improves as it has declined since I got it, which I had attributed to other things....
