    One more nice start to the day. 62⁰ with low humidity. Heading to 90⁰.

    I'll go for a walk before shoulder PT.

    Today is dad's birthday. 94, God bless him. we'll be bringing lunch for him and mom. Some lobster salad will get it done. With cake and ice cream.

    Good morning y'all. Off today, so we need to move the splitter and do some clean-up, trash and bark. Noticed the tire on the splitter was wet Wednesday night as we were almost finished with the load. Evidently a piece of wood had hit the filter, made a tiny crack in it. Miz Carol will pick 1 up this morning, probably needed changing anyway.

    Morning All. We finished painting the room and put it back together. It looks so much better, if I say so myself. Last time it was painted was 27 years ago. campinspecter got a load of firewood and delivered it to Mom. He has headed out for another load this morning. It has been a busy week.
    Heavy fog yesterday morning which took a while to burn off and then came back quite quickly around supper time. We are full into Fogust weather now. Fog again this morning. August is our worse month for it.
    Congrats to your father MikeInMa on his 94th birthday.
    T.Jeff Veal it sounds like your days off are going to be busy.
    Backwoods Savage I hope your recovery is going well.
    Chvymn99 you must be looking forward to the weekend as your week sounds like it was rather hectic.

    Good morning! 61F and sunny. Last beautiful day before rain moves in tomorrow afternoon (we can use it). I filled the firewood stand at dusk last night. Tonight I need to stack the pine and maple I cut last weekend in some racks. Then I'll do some saw prep and maintenance on the 576XPs for tomorrow morning's planned carnage. Have a God day!

    My friend with the PU, is helping with moving a pile of RO splits from my SIL's to my place. It'll probably take 3 loads to complete the task. I hope it stays cool enough.

    Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. 73° with a 73 DP. Got the new filter on the splitter, sharpened my hatchet and wedge on the splitter. Raked some bark and trash away from the wood sheds yesterday. Probably move it with tractor early this morning. Fellow is coming about 9:30 to pick up a cord of oak.
    Got a line on a nice cherry tree to grab today too.
    Be encouraging, share a smile, lend a hand.

    Morning all. Foggy again this morning. It cleared off for about three hours yesterday and then drifted back in. We have been hearing a lot of boat horns blowing from the water.
