A storm went through to our east yesterday. Shy really was black. We got nothing from it. Seemed to be moving from north to south.

Morning all. Up early as campinspecter is headed out for another load of firewood. I am headed up to the church to finish off the painting project. Second coat needed on the walls. Yesterday afternoon turned out to be quite warm. I think it will hold for the next couple of days.

Glad to hear you are doing better Backwoods Savage

    Everyone have a great day.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. Another 7AM-7PM day. Cloudy, high in the 80's, rain chances going up, especially tomorrow. Having a good day at work, so far. 1 more to go. Our neighbors, Mike and Miz Jean came over for a visit and he helped us with the big rounds last night. Hope we can get more on the trailer this evening.
    Remember the GOLDEN RULE...

Good morning everybody. We made it to 70 yesterday. Then a rain storm came in and knocked the temp down to 62 in nothing flat. More of the same today.
    Have a great day all.

Good morning! Up to 74F already and another sunny day. I built another rack for rounds last night and got it staged to fill with maple. I got 2 IBC totes wrapped in plastic sheeting. I opened one up and it was toasty inside. I'll let it sit open and top covered for another 3-4 weeks before I start using it in the roadside stand. Bible study at church tonight and we may pick up some sweet corn to freeze. Have a God day!

Thank you. It surely is nice to feel well again. Like you and Allan, I am filling the barn with wood preparing for winter. It just feels good to do some work again.

Good morning! 59F and sunny. Beautiful weather continues. I dragged the chipper out last night and chopped up lots of bark that had been accumulating in piles. I spread a few chips on top and it looks much better now. Several more piles to go. Music practice at church tonight. Have a God day!

Morning all Up early again as campinspecter heads out for another load of firewood. He was able to make the ferries to get him to Mom's for unloading and back here for dinner. He is going to try to do the same today. Last day of my paint project and then hopefully we will be able to use the room on Sabbath. Two more smaller rooms to go but that will be a bit more tricky to schedule in. We will see how it goes.
Really warm here yesterday afternoon. We were suppose to see the aurora borealis last night but the fog rolled in. It was so thick this morning that I can't see the lights of the town below us. It will be hot when it clears off.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good afternoon everybody. Currently 71* and holding. Real foggy this morning.

Yesterday afternoon we had a good thunderstorm. Then changed to a good soaking rain.
    Have a great day all.

I don't suggest it if you have a better alternative for using bark as it is a dusty affair. But I just had too much sitting around and plenty of area to cover.
