    Good morning, members.

    We had heavy rain yesterday afternoon....for about a minute. Maybe more today after another hot, muggy day.

    My friend has his PU back after some body work(replaced the rusting bed), and wants to move the wood that we split last weekend. Who am I to argue? So, we'll start in a couple of hours and see how much we move before the day's heat does us in. Lots of water.

    Morning All. Mornings are cool with the sunshine coming out by noon. It is starting to be a more normal summer. Soon we will be getting heavy fog in the mornings.

    The woman searched high and low for her lost coin until she found it. Jesus searches high and low for us when we are lost. We just need to turn and be saved by him.

    She just comes and lays down close to me. When some of the kids come up to shoot their guns , doesn't phase her a bit.

    Good Morning... :coffee: ... My fingers are a bit tired this morning... Boiled and peeled about 10.5 dozen eggs yesterday... for hot pickled eggs. Some should be hotter than others. We will see how warm my peppers from the garden are this year... I'll play outside for a tiny bit this morning getting a few chores done and then inside with the A/C....

    Had a reunion for Class of 60 yesterday. This was for a school I was forced to leave after 8th grade because of a change in school lines. Was good to see some old classmates I had not seen since 1957. I was also good to be inside with air conditioning. Hot and humid is not what I like.

    We are enjoying the peace and quiet after having two of our grandkids here last week with friends. Grandson and a friend from last Sunday to Wednesday and a granddaughter and friend from Wednesday to Saturday. We took them to Noah's Ark in Wisconsin Dells. That place is expensive:makeitrain":makeitrain":makeitrain":makeitrain"I do have to admit it was fun having them here and getting exposed to what young kids are thinking these days.

    Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SONDAY. Last day of 7AM-7PM shift for me this week. Foggy on the way to work, cloudy now. Still haven't gotten any work done in the evenings, Friday visited my sister, yesterday it was raining, so spent time with our daughter and grandsons. Off tomorrow, so maybe we can get a trailer load of campfire wood delivered.

    Morning All. Heavy overcast this morning that will burn off again. We are headed out for firewood again this morning. The alder pile is calling our name. I think I will tape the Blue Jays game as I don't think we will be back in time to watch it.

    Groundhog day! Hot and muggy again. A lone rain cloud found its way overhead late yesterday afternoon. It would be an insult to rain, to say it rained. It was more like a quick spit of precipitation. Oh well...

    Good doggy morning to all. Surprised at the change. Originally we were forecast a high of 73 today. That was the temperature when I got up! Now forecast 85 and heavy rain. Seems we've gone from too dry to wet, but not yet too much rain. Hope to plant some oats this week.

    Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. Off today, so time to make some chips fly and splits loaded. Got the pile of chunks, firepit and big knotty pieces sorted after work last night, loaded the firepit wood on the trailer. Have to cut enough to finish the load and get it delivered.
    Men's group tonight at church, heard we're having low country boil...:stirpot::stirpot::drool::drool::drool:

    Good morning! 79F and mostly sunny, rain moving in later. Mrs. WinonaRail has a coworker that was an avid model railroader and passed away recently. I went to the sale on Saturday. It was packed (and hot). I bought a few items and left. She texted asking if I wanted to come back to see what remained before anyone else got a crack at it. So I'll see what's there tonight. I have to refill the roadside stand, which means I need to make some cherry smoker bundles and kindling bags tonight/tomorrow. Need to change oil in the mower this week so we'll see what gets done. Have a God day!
