Good morning everybody. Was a chilly morning today. Only 46* when I got up. Temps in the next 3 days only in the 60s. Then back to the 80s.
Have a nephews wedding this afternoon. The original date was 2 yes ago.

Morning All. Overcast with the prospect of sunshine later. Yesterday was sunny and warm.

As Peter, James and John beheld the glory of God and heard his voice proclaiming Jesus as his Son, they were overwhelmed. Are we overwhelmed by the majesty and glory of God as we meet him prayer? Does our sinfulness come before us and make us humble before him? The grace and mercy of God is beyond anything we can imagine. Today, rejoice in the Lord for his mercy and love.

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!" Philippians 4:4

Good morning. Windy from the SE today ahead of a strong heat wave. Wish we were getting some rain MikeInMa . It has been about 20 years since my wife and I vacationed out your way. I had a conference in August on the cape for a week. All the seminars were from 8-12 each day so it left a lot of time for us to explore the sights. It was so nice, and your pictures make me want to see it all again, and eat some more of that lobster.

Fishing, church, rest, then a steak dinner at our home with our boys and my parents.

 

Sweet, Mike! I haven't had one yet this year. $8.99/lb at Market Basket this coming week, but I won't be buying. They usually aren't too fresh, and for that price...

 

Good morning everyone! Rainy this morning, but it shuts off in a couple hours. We need the moisture.
It's been cool, perfect firewood making weather, but no new scores for me. The hoarding impulse is cranking up, mainly to make sure I have enough for friends and neighbors. One friend who usually buys dead barkless oak has not gotten a delivery yet. He wants 5 cords but he may not get it. It's going to be crazy this fall/winter.
The weeds continue to get taller. I must say I'm looking forward to warmer temps, I like to live in my bathing suit, do a little weeding, hop in the pool, repeat.
Grandson today, maybe we'll hit a playground.
A regional thing, the dairy bar.

I'm leading Sunday School this morning, the we are going to Longhorns with our son and his family.
Hope to see our other kids this evening.
We have the best Father figure, we just have to look up and trust HIM.

Over cast and drizzly this morning. It is supposed to clear up but we will see. Blue Jays being beaten by New York will be the game today. I brought some annuals home from our trip on Friday so today I am going to pot them up. Hopefully it dries up a bit before I head out to do it.

Nephews wedding was fun. Only problem is I lost my wedding band. But lucky enough the cleaning crew found it. Chaz will pick it up tomorrow.

Good morning! 67F and sunny, going up to the high 80s. Spent the afternoon with the in-laws after church yesterday. Ate entirely too much. After a quick stop at Harbor Freight, it was home for a nap. Then outside to mow the back yard. After that I split about 1/4 cord in an IBC tote. By the time everything was cleanup and put away, I was worn out (around 9:30 pm).

Tonight we're decorating at church for VBS. I have just a little mowing to finish as well. Have a God day!
