Good morning! 83F and sunny. Excessive heat warning continues today. I went to my niece's basketball games last night. At least the A/C was working in the gym. May venture out to bible study at church tonight. I came across some wood on MP. I don't really need more but...you know how it is. Friday is supposed to be cooler. If it's still there, I'll take a saw and some gear and grab it after work. Have a God day!

 

Morning All. Yesterday turned out to be a very nice day with lots of sunshine, no wind so it was fairly warm out. campinspecter got a load of wash and towels dry out on the clothesline. Today is starting out with overcast skies that look dark.

Had to laugh at the school bus the other day. Almost forgot to drop off a munchkin. Pretty much past my house when they finally stopped. Had to back up to her house to let her off.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. 1 more night to go. 74° this morning, need some rain, several days of 100+ temps, and more to come. Going to buck a few logs before it's blazing.

No plans to do any cutting.....today.

My shoulder does have a rotatorcuff tear. It's thought that surgery would not help. So, more PT and reevaluate in 6 weeks. The MRI showed some arthritis with a bone spur that had been wearing down the tendon that was torn.

 

Morning All Foggy and drizzly this morning with cold temps. Yesterday turned out nice until 3:00 PM when it opened up and poured. More of the same today I think.

Good morning! 82F with high pollen count and dropping temps. I had a surprise after work yesterday. I was almost home and a tree service buddy called asking when I would be there. I was 3 minutes away. Turns out he got off my driveway, buried his Dodge 1 ton dump truck and needed my help. Changed clothes quickly, fired up the F350 (which happened to already be parked ahead of him or I couldn't have stayed on the driveway) and yanked him back to terra firma. He was dumping a load of chips. Apparently with recent storms he's been running around cutting trees off buildings, driveways, vehicles, etc and will go back to cut up and haul the wood later.

I got up this morning and fixed the damage to the ground next to the driveway. Luckily, with 2 fresh loads of chips, I had plenty to work with and spread some more out with a scoop shovel and rake. Music practice at church tonight. Have a God day!

 

Good afternoon everybody. It is hot and humid. Opened the house for awhile. It was 72 when I got up. It is up to 82. Supposed to get to 87.
About the time Chaz gets home from work going to have thunderstorms rolling in. Do need the rain though.

Mid-60's, overcast, and muggy. Heading to the 80's with thunderstorms later this afternoon.

Heading to Cape Cod today. A change of scenery is always nice.
