A little water in bottom of pan, to avoid scorching.

Chunks of rhubarb go in, covered,, on low heat. One they start releasing liquid, stir to get all chunks involved.

After a few more stirs, but rhubarb still chunky, I add 2/3 of the strawberries. I used 1lb. Strawberries cut into larger pieces. Still on low heat. I added a sprinkle of Truvia(non sugar sweetener) and a drizzle of honey.

As everything cooks down, I sprinkle tapioca on top and stir in. I do this 3 times, to avoid clumping.

I dump in the rest of the strawberries. I save some for last because I like the texture.

Shut off heat, cover, and let it sit to cool. Stir every 10 mins or so, as the tapioca absorbs liquid.

Good morning everyone! hovlandhomestead that is quite the young man! Name?
I have been quite busy opening the pool these last couple of days. Hot weather was the motivation. The water is 62°. It probably won't warm up much for awhile. Good for a plunge though, and when it hits 90 again, I'm ready! IMG_20220515_17852.jpg
You can see how the new houses in back of us can peer right in. That used to be solid greenery in back, completely private. My husband put up a frame with chicken wire above the chain link fence, to train vines on. I have to plant the vines next week.
hovlandhomestead, Brandon has been known to catch a few bluegills! IMG_20220515_13905.jpg
Ill rest up with my grandson today. Have a great Sunday!

Morning All. overcast with a chance of rain. I am cleaning the kitchen today. It has been awhile. Company numbers keep changing so that will be a challenge to get it straight before next weekend. Although I could always ask more people.
Midwinter I don't know what vines you were thinking of but a couple of clematis would be pretty. Honeysuckle would cover it fast but it is so invasive. I like the wisteria idea that T.Jeff Veal had because up here it wouldn't spread everywhere.
I better get back to cleaning.

    Everyone have a great day.

    Good morning, everyone.

Another summery day ahead. Low 60's and overcast. Heading to 80⁰, muggy, and a chance of rain, which we need.

PT for the shoulder this morning. PT for the wrist has been cut to once a week. I am please how it has come along. I still do stretchhng exercises for the wristvand shoulder, throughout the day.

After PT, I'll head to TSC for some bird seed. And once there, I'll probably find something else to put in the carriage.

Celtics won game 7 yesterday to move forward to the next round.

    Be safe
    Be healthy
