We might not have let you go back to the warm south. I am enjoying the pictures. We hope to go back east and see the sights for ourselves one day.

 

Morning All. Rain this morning again so no walk. I might melt.
Midwinter I took some pictures of Mom's grape hyacinths. Unfortunately the sun wasn't out so they didn't glow. They are so very blue not that purplely colour in the picture.




Mom found her single trillium blooming the other day. She has no idea how it got there but it has been there for quite a few years.

Good afternoon! It's about 80F and mostly cloudy. We're enjoying our last day of our church fellowship conference in Berea, KY. We had some time this afternoon and went for a walk at a local park. We're leaving for Georgia in the morning. Have a God day!

Good morning everyone! I'm proud of you, T.Jeff, for reaching the northern border! Woodwidow, those grape hyacinths are lovely, and such a big patch!
We've been rainy, mostly at night, but today our luck breaks and it will be soggy all day.
No new dump scores, but we got the ash bricked up and ready to split, whenever the weather clears.

Well, vacation is almost over......time to head back south to the land of heat and thaw out......got to make it down to Ohio today, meeting a FB friend for a bit, spend the night somewhere, and get home tomorrow. I know we have several jobs waiting when we get there, grass and trees to cut...

Morning All. It is windy but dry this morning so I think we will head out on our walk. Last day of work for me this week. If it looks like it will be dry all day, campinspecter will try to go for a load of firewood. If not, then he is doing an oil change and tire rotation on the car before I head down island tomorrow.

Midwinter when her bluebells - that's what she calls them - are blooming, I will have to try to get a picture of them. campinspecter isn't allow to mow that patch of lawn until after they finish blooming.

It was calm Monday and Tuesday. Had some waves when we got there on Sunday.

 

Good morning everyone! The rain has rained itself out, and we are in for a beautiful day. Only 44° so far though, got a fire going.
Yesterday I hit 150 lbs. It was my goal weight, but I think I will lose a couple more, to get rid of lingering belly fat.
Today we have an old lady to take grocery shopping, other than that, I'll be in the yard.
