    Morning All. Overcast and just above freezing. I think if we were traveling down island today, we would see snow. I am heading off to work and campinspecter is installing his new winch for the woodsplitter. I think we see rain for most of the day.

    Good morning everyone! Waiting for the rain to end. I need to move more wood into the basement. Thought I could squeak by, but we're still having fires every day.
    I found out yesterday that the two new houses behind us sold for 600K+ each. Cue the complaining about my woodpiles to begin around the end of May.
    Diet is going well, down to 153 lbs. From a high of 182, my goal is 150, I'll stop there unless I still have a belly. Took 6 months of swimming an hour a day, 6 or 7 days a week, and severely limiting carbs.

    Amazing prices for homes today. I about flipped when I saw a local ad for 20 acres and asking $135,000. It is just a small ag field with no trees. But I do wonder if it was printed wrong. Maybe it was $35,000 or 200 acres. That would be more in line.

    Mid-30's, clear with bright moon. Heading to mid-50's and sunny.

    Finally, I go back to Dr Hand this morning. The wrist broke on 3/3. The cast went on 7 weeks ago. I have zero expectations of what takes place next. Minimally, I hope the cast is cut off and replaced by a removable brace. I am also hoping that I can get the go ahead to address ongoing shoulder pain, via physical therapy.

    I talked to a local contractor the other day, concrete is now $300/Yard and they won't deliver less than 3 yrds without a $150 delivery fee.
