    Good snowy morning.

21⁰ and still snowing. I'm guessing 6 inches in total.

I need to take dad to the dermatologist this morning, for another follow-up.

Hoping to go out for Valentines Day.

Around those things, I need to move snow.

    Be safe
    Be healthy.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. 30° and breezy, feels like 26°, according to weather folks. Last night of work for me this week. Took tonight off, it's Miz Carol's birthday and the men's group at church is hosting the ladies with a steak supper, taking her to that. I have her a couple surprise gifts, as well as had a red velvet cake made for her. Got to pick it up today. We have to take her car in to the dealership for oil change and tire rotation.
Be the change you want to see in the world around you.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

Snowblowing at 5am, using a headlamp, is HIGHLY overrated. ~7-8 inches. High fluff factor. It was piling up behind me.

Morning all. Our gorgeous sunshine day grew more overcast as the day went on yesterday. I think it is going to be overcast today. Headed over to Mom's for the afternoon and evening.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good afternoon and Happy Valentine's Day. Made it up to 19F and cloudy all day. I did a little splitting yesterday, cleaning up some leftovers. I have a load of short logs coming in tonight. Supposed to be a mix of maple, ash and walnut. I have a staging area set up to stack so I can buck it up during the week and get to splitting by Friday and through the weekend. Hardest part is warmer weather this week will make everything turn to soup so I won't be able to move things with the skid steer very much. Middle school basketball tonight, followed by a bite to eat somewhere and maybe some groceries. Have a God day!

    Good frosty morning, everyone.

Sunny day ahead. Good thing as it's 7⁰ and calm right now. Really clear with the near full moon lighting up the new snowpack.

I have an eye appointment this morning. A follow-up to a bit of laser surgery, a few months ago. I've noticed no issues.

As I'll be away on an extended weekend, I'll be bringing wood to the deck, and refill bird feeders.

Around that, I'll continue preparing for my camping trip.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

Not nearly as cold as predicted. The forecasters are into a spell were they can't seem to get it right. It does make me wonder with a big storm on the way. Of course their predictions keep changing. Rai, ice then snow, but how much? At first about 1/10th inch of rain and now 1/2 - 3/4" and snow anywhere from 4 - 12". I just hope we get some melting at first to loosen this ice in the driveway.

Morning. It’s 19, with a high of 52 and sun. I took the day off to resupply my firewood. Have been cutting away at a maple blowdown that took a second maple with it. About 100 feet long with twelve inch diameter. I think there is enough to get me through the season.

will await sunrise and hit it. Taking the day off, I should sleep in, but it didn’t work out that way

Good morning everyone! Yesterday we went for breakfast at Parker's Maple Barn, where we had our first date 32 years ago. It was pretty much the same, although more expensive. I broke my diet and had half a pancake and some corned beef hash. They boil sap for maple syrup, but this year they can't find anyone to hire to tap the trees. Anyway, it was fun to go back there.
Today we've got an elderly lady to take grocery shopping. And, I'll move some more wood inside. I'm pulling from a stack of sugar maple and black birch.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. Spent a good part of the day at the dealership, changed oil and checked tires and we had noticed a slight wobble at slow speeds. Found out a back tire had started separating, developing a knot. Factory tires, only 30K miles on them, got a new set of shoes on the car. Glad it didn't blow out...
Meal at church was great, wonderful turnout.
We have a new wood customer this year, now wants to be repeat customer. Got to deliver that load and keep working on:saw: :axe: & :stacker: hickory in the shed.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

Morning All. T.Jeff Veal so glad you found the tire problem before major accident happened.
We had a gorgeous day yesterday although it was quite windy. I helped Mom with some computer bookkeeping and campinspecter moved firewood into the basement. After dinner we both worked at the firewood. There is half a row still needs to moved. Working around a ferry schedule is a pain.
I am off to work today. First of three days.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good morning! Sunny and 20F, temps will be rising through tomorrow. Rain/mix/snow coming Thursday. Going to look at some property after work that was logged last year. Owner says I can cut all the tops. We'll see how it looks and what his expectations are. Wood delivery didn't make it yesterday. Truck broke down (3rd time in a week?). Guy should probably consider a different line of work. He may come tonight. If so, I'll try to get some bucked up.

    Good morning, everyone.

Another cold start to the day at 10⁰. Clear, calm, and a bright moon. Heading to the low 40's and sunny. The first of a few melting days.

Today is camping prep day. Final shopping, food prep, and loading of equipment. My buddy rides up with me, so I'll head there to load whatever he has ready.

Fingers crossed, but there's a good chance of seeing a few members this weekend in the White Mtns.

We head to the Wolfboro area tomorrow, spending the night at another friend's house, who is one of the campers. Then
