Good afternoon all. Playing catch up out here. Yesterday it rained most of the day so relaxed inside. Today is overcast and 60*. garage is on hold as the msterials are coming till next Monday I believe. So rescheduled to next weekend. Borrowed a portable table from my brother so he loaded up for me and sitting in the truck. We are starting to look for a new beer fridge as ours is starting to die. Well that's about it so everybody have a safe, fun weekend.

Agreed, had one. Just borrowed my buddy’s 2500 Ram and went to Florida. Very nice truck but has the same su(#@ky tranny they were using 15 years ago. Love the engine and cockpit layout though.

There was just a glancing blow to the pole barn roof. I am glad the tree broke off higher up cause if it had broken at the base, more of the meat of the tree would have hit the pole barn.
This is how much I got done with it today.

Some of the top is hidden behind the fence. It did kind of explode when it landed. I got rid of 2 trailer loads of the smaller tops stuff but I have more to clean up.

My hunny forgot to take pictures today, so I got one after we finished at our friend's house. IMG_20190913_103947887.jpg
The 3 pines were beside the storage building, the sweet gum was about middle of the pine pile in the back. Good Lord was looking after me, had a log come off the forks and over the bucket, got a small dent and bent the steering wheel a little. I was lucky, it was about 12"-13" dia. And I hate to say the first pine barber chaired on me too. It stayed attached to the stump part, so it didn't fall. All is well that ends well. I counted my blessings again today...

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. Going in to work today to cover a vacation day...get to make some Xtra $$.....comes in handy on the 3 day week. Our mission team at church will bless the elderly and shut-ins in our community this evening. They are fixing and delivering 50 plates + the workers. They are serving some good Southern country cooking this time. Sliced smoked pork butt, collard greens, field peas (pinkeye, of course), cornbread and pound cake. Since I get off @ 7, I guess I will be on the clean up crew. It feels so good to be the hands and feet of JESUS. We get a blessing from the visits with the folks too.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME.

Working all day till 7 & then going to help clean up after work is admirable sir. You will be rewarded I’m sure, although I know that’s not why you’re doing it. Great job!!

Good morning everyone! I made some good progress yesterday, the pile is getting smaller... IMG_20190914_2026.jpg
This afternoon we're going to our friend's annual pig roast in Lyndeboro NH. It's potluck, besides the pig, corn on the cob, and a few kegs. I'll be making a huge batch of cornbread in my cast iron molds. It disappears every year. Have fun today everyone!

    Morning, Hoarders!
We're camping in Gettysburg this weekend. My buddy blew a radiator just before he got here. We're heading out to fix it now. Have a wonderful day all.
    God bless
