    Good morning, everyone.

Cold front went through last night, with some lightning and thunder. Upper 30's at the moment, clear and breezy.

I'll be splitting some more ash this morning. Then. I'll be putting together a pot of turkey soup to have later this afternoon.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

I really know that feeling. All our normal sheds are empty. We have about a small load of cherry, 3 loads of pecan and some hickory left for sale. Got plenty for us to burn...
Working on a dump trailer load now...
Split these 3 plus 2 more that size yesterday morning. 1202210851.jpg
They made this pile of splits 1202210947.jpg
Making progress, got 2 more rows to go, and throw some in the front... 1202211212_HDR.jpg

Good morning everyone! Friday already. The turkey leftovers still linger. And I sent a lot home with my guests!
Nothing much planned for today. I'll move some more wood, do some shopping, swim. That's a day.
I think I'm buying food or wine for any adult Christmas gifts this year. I have no desire to go to any department stores. And Amazon is its own can of worms. JpBe4GY.jpeg
    Happy Friday!

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Got 1 more nite to work, it's OT, so that helps the mood alot...:):)...
Looks like I will be solo on the woodyard today. 4 yr old grandson got sick last night, so my hunny has to keep his younger brother.
We got some snow the other day, it didn't stick on the sides of the roads, just in the fields... 18197.jpeg

We've driven to south, North Carolina in the past few years. It was the first we had seen those "snowy" fields. Very cool for someone from the northeast to see.

Good morning! 35F and sunny, chance of light sprinkles this morning. A few errands to run and make a few more bundles for the roadside stand. Production happens tomorrow. Got a couple funerals this weekend as well. Have a God day!

Morning All. Freezing temps and clear sky. Possibility of light flurries later today. Not going to work this morning but I have a busy day ahead of me. We are back handing out our Children Sabbath School packages after a month of not being able to do it so I have to go and get them put together. For the month of Dec, it is the Christmas story in four parts. I have always liked doing this series. There was a Covid outbreak in the community we serve so no going door to door.

    Everyone have a great day.

Woodwidow so glad y'all are able to start back with this ministry. We have a community meal ministry we need to start back doing. We fix plates for elderly and shut-ins every quarter. Yep, the CV-19 halted that for us as well.
On a different note, I was watching a recording of Ax Men, I've followed Buckin' Billy Ray on YouTube and had seen him on the show before. Just noticed he lives there on Vancouver Island...

So many programs like yours have come to a halt. The children's program is so important to reach the parents with. I am glad we are able to make deliveries again.

The show give you a town name?

Good morning. Up early and enjoying the weekend so far! I get up earlier on Saturdays than my work days just to enjoy the fire and the quiet.

After watching him in that video you posted a while ago, he needs instruction on how to hold the axe and proper swinging. Have fun!

I'll never forget the first time I saw them. It was a treat for us northern folks.
