Good morning all. 24* out there. Got our first measurable snow. Probably 2/3". Mother nature put on a show for me this morning. About 10 minutes before the pictures were taken, couldn't see across the valley.

That's beautiful, but it gives me the shivers to know what's coming.

 

I'm sure we could combine our stuff and only have to build 2 more barns! I did a little last night and only have one truck sitting outside now...

Morning All. Looks wet out there again today although we are suppose to get a break until the next two rivers of water storms hit our coast again. The flooded areas are hoping to get some draining done and dike fixing done before it starts raining again. One of the main roads to connect to the interior of the province was opened up and then was hit with another mudslide. Not good times. Only thing positive about any of this is how the people (perfect strangers) are pitching to help anyway they can.

Good morning! 33F and sunny, a few more degrees to go yet today. I did some shuffling in the barn so I can get either the Gator or skid steer out of the barn without moving anything else. That was a major accomplishment! I working on shifting my meager firewood business from my roadside stand to delivery for the winter. I'm thinking about how I store the firewood and how to load/unload easily. Then I need to work on marketing. Oh, and I still have chores around the house. Have a God day!

 

Good afternoon everyone... Have a Dr appointment tomorrow so that's good. They gave me 15 min time so I better make it count. This all started from picking Barbara up must be 4 to 6 weeks ago. I can hardly stand up on my feet today or put on my boots because my back is hurting. I hate not working but today.. It bums me out pretty good I must say.. I have a heating pad on my back and am going really easy. I'm thinking it's been my back causing problems with my entire leg. Pinched nerve maybe.. Hope I don't need any work done because that can't happen.. LOL... Anyway, Hope to get back in the shop tomorrow or Thursday. The cat is doing well and sitting next to me.. I havent came up with a name for her but maybe, (come here) or (Get down) might work.. She is good company.. Here are a couple of pictures from this morning.. Hope everyone is having a good day.

I loved the snow back when I had a snow sled.. It is pretty... WinonaRail Sounds like a very busy day. Midwinter It makes me cold also. Won't be long now. Hope you had a good day Molly.

 

Yes, had a good day doing Thanksgiving prep and swimming.

 

My mother inherited a cat many years ago and his name was Kitty Kitty. It did sound funny when you called him. He was a black cat with white markings. The black cat she has now is called Cindy but I call her Jellyfish as she has quite the tummy on her.

 

I know I am a bit crazy after all I belong to a group that hoards firewood but this puzzle with the one piece that didn't quite fit was bugging me. So I took the top part with the deep orange apart and redid it. When I found a piece that almost fit, I kept going until I found the one that was the right one. It looks much better now. The two odd looking spots are the ends of the piece that peeled up as I was trying to fix it before taking it apart and doing it right.
