    Morning All. Summer storm happening this morning. South west wind with rain. Occasional blue patch but it gets swept away. We didn't go for our walk this morning. Instead slept in and then made waffles for breakfast. Homemade plum jam to go on it.

    Actually quite small (about 3000 acres) and has both small streams feeding and emptying it. shaped like a bowl about 80' at the deepest, it is a natural glacier formed body located in east central Ontario. Weather wise it was a gorgeous fishing morning. Unfortunately the water temp is still up at 70 degrees and the walleye were laying near bottom and not very hungry . We did catch several northern pike which are still rubbing their bottom lips as they are swimming around.

    A nice day ahead. Overcast, but dry. Temp now is 60. Showers overnight.

    The oven worked fine yesterday. 2 for 2 since latest repair.

    Nothing much planned for today. I'll go for a walk and just go from there.

    Good morning everyone! No grandson today, since I had him Friday. So, I'll do more yardwork. I got sidetracked with wood hoarding yesterday, but I did manage to vacuum the pool.

    Did not get any rain last night nor did we get wind that was forecast. Pretty much the same forecast for today except just a slight chance of a shower tonight. Should be a good day for those who have long weekend now.

    Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SPECTACULAR SUNDAY. Got our clothes packed last night, just a few things left to do this morning. We are officially on vacation. Going to Hilton Head Island and Charleston SC. I guess it will be quiet in Goat Town next week...lol...
    Looks like the weather will be nice.
    It was 58° early this morning, 63° now, 73° inside with no AC running...just the ceiling fans.
    May GOD watch over and protect everyone. HE LOVES us so much.

    There were many asking about NortheastAl some time ago so thought I would mention he is doing much better now. He also states he will be back on the forum soon. He has had a very rough time of it this summer and I am so happy things are turning around for him now.

    For never doing one before, it came out well.

    I used this as a guide. Stuffed Zucchini Boats with Sausage and Parmesan – WellPlated.com

    Changes -
    Used some corn and black beans instead of red peppers
    Used panko bread crumbs instead of whole wheat
    Placed a layer of provolone on top of sausage
    Dolloped some tomato sauce on top, just under topping.
