Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. After working Thursday night, I piddled around on the woodyard doing a few small things. Moved 2 drums of shorts down to the rack next to the house, moved the other 5 drums and put down plastic pallets for them to sit on...

Those 5 are ready to burn this year, been cooking for at least 2 yrs...
Finished splitting the shorts and uglies we had left. Filled 1 empty drum and started another...
1 piece had some beautiful grain...too bad it was hollow

Time to go start on some orders. Be blessed, my friends.

Morning All. Another gorgeous morning here is Paradise. Our heat wave was warmer yesterday than predicted. We got to 80 F! I have all the windows open this morning to cool the house down before the temps start rising again. Still have the boil water advisory. It is getting annoying now. No word on an end in sight.

Through windstorm, earthquake and fire, Elijah did not hear God speaking. Only with a still small voice did God speak to him. We too, can hear God when we spend time with him reading his word and learning about him.

Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” Isaiah 30:21

When I piddle, I'm usually marking my territory.

They took all the hazardous waste I brought. I had a half filled container of malathion, from decades ago. I was going to ask if I won anything, but didn't.

The windows are open this morning. First time in several days. Temps - mid-60's. DP - mid-50's. Lovely.

We have plans to head out for Sunday dinner with my BIL and his wife. First time since the stupid virus arrived.

Had fresh corn on the cob last night. Boy was it good.

Morning All. Overcast with showers today. Still warm outside even with the showers. No gardening this morning. Bookkeeping and Blue Jays watching today. Maybe some time in the sewing room. Yesterday was on the way to be very hot but about late afternoon, it cooled off.
